As I believe that our bodies can be affected by exposure to man made substances that we use everyday, I use only organic creams in my treatments, which are free from parabens. In cleaning both my house and treatment room, I avoid the use of shop bought household cleaning products wherever possible, sometimes making my own, or occasionally using Ecover products in the bathroom. Towels used in the treatment are washed using natural soap nuts in place of detergent, and no fabric softener is used.
I am fully insured to offer treatments which take place in my ground floor treatment room in Barton on Sea.
I am a full member of the Association of Reflexology and also hold a current first aid certificate. Although not available at the moment, I will shortly be offering both Indian Head Massage and Reiki treatments.
